No jargon. No pressure. Just practical help you can use this week.

an

If you've ever felt like you're doing everything, and still not sure it's enough you're not alone.

Maybe your child isn't talking yet, and everyone keeps telling you to "wait and see." Maybe the meltdowns leave you exhausted and second-guessing yourself. Maybe you lie awake wondering what the future holds  and whether you're doing the right things now.

Here's what we want you to know: your instinct to do something is a good one. And you don't need a degree, endless hours, or a room full of flashcards to help your child. You need the right small strategies, explained simply, from people who do this every day.

That's exactly what this course is.

This course is for you if…

  • Your child is roughly 1.5 to 9 years old and has developmental needs — diagnosed or not.

  • You want to help at home, alongside (or while waiting for) professional support.

  • You've read the articles and watched the videos, but still don't know what to actually do day to day.

  • You'd like the strategies a behaviour therapy centre uses — without the clinical jargon.

It's not a replacement for individual therapy or a professional assessment — and we'll always be honest about that. Think of it as the practical, at-home companion to your child's journey.

A complete home programme with 11 modules, 20 hours, built by our TEAM BASED ON COMMON QUESTIONS BY PARENTS

We took what we teach parents one-to-one in the clinic and turned it into a structured, watch-at-your-own-pace course. Each module builds on the last, with short lessons, real examples, and a downloadable toolkit you can actually use! Such as trackers, plans, and checklists, not just theory.

You go at your own speed. You revisit anything, anytime. And every claim we make is grounded in the evidence base of behavioural science  explained in words that make sense.

Hi, I'm Eugene.

I'm a behaviour therapist trained in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Singapore's first Qualified Autism Services Practitioner–Supervisor (QASP-S). I'm also an associate member of the Singapore Psychological Society, and I'm also a supervisor for a therapy centre overseas.

This isn't theory for me. I see my own clients, run sessions every week, and train my own team of therapists  so everything in this course is what actually works in the room, not just on paper.

I founded ABA LABS to make early-intervention support genuinely accessible to the families who need it.
Over the years I've sat with a lot of worried parents, and I built this course to put real, usable strategies into your hands, whether you're on a waitlist, far from a clinic, or simply want to reinforce your child's progress at home.

What you will learn

11 modules

  1. Foundations — how children learn, and how to set the stage for progress.

  2. The ABCs of Behaviour — why behaviour happens, and how to read it.

  3. Connection & Engagement — becoming the person your child wants to learn from.

  4. Teaching New Skills — breaking any skill into small, teachable steps.

  5. Communication & Language — sparking first words and building real communication.

  6. Managing Challenging Behaviour — calmer responses, and a plan the whole family can follow.

  7. Daily Routines & Independence — turning chaotic days into predictable, calmer ones.

  8. Play & Social Skills — helping your child connect and play with others.

  9. Self-Regulation & Big Feelings — supporting your child (and yourself) through the hard moments.

  10. Generalisation & Mainstream Transition — building the skills that support progress toward mainstream settings.

  11. Looking After You — because you matter too, and you can't pour from an empty cup.

Each module includes video/audio lessons, a practical toolkit, and a short quiz to help it stick.

We've made four free lessons — the ones parents tell us change how the whole week feels:

  • Why Isn't My Child Talking Yet? — one shift to spark first words.

  • Meltdowns, Decoded — what behaviour is really telling you.

  • From Chaos to Calm — a simple structure for smoother days.

  • The Real Path Toward Mainstream School — what readiness honestly looks like.

Each is short, genuinely useful, and yours free — with a take-home checklist for every lesson. No catch. If they help, the full course is here when you're ready.

this course can and can't do.

On school: This course helps you build the skills that support your child's progress toward mainstream settings. It does not determine school placement, those decisions rest with your child's clinical team and the relevant assessments. No course can promise a place, and we won't pretend otherwise.

On therapy: This is a supportive, educational programme. It's a powerful complement to individual therapy and professional assessment and  not a substitute for them. If you have concerns about your child's development, please also speak with your doctor or a qualified professional.

What this course can do is give you real, evidence-based strategies, the confidence to use them, and a clear path to follow at home.
